1. Returns
- Products may be returned within 7 days of delivery if they are unused, unopened, and in original
packaging.

- Returns are not accepted for used, opened, or customized products, or for perishable goods.
- Products must be returned in their original condition, including packaging, tags, and accessories.
2. Refunds
- Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your
refund.
- Approved returns will be refunded to your original payment method within 7 business days.
- Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error or a defective product.
3. Exchanges
- We only replace products if they are defective or damaged. If you need an exchange, contact us as above.
4. Shipping Returns
- You are responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning items, unless the return is due to
our error.
- For damaged or defective products, we may request photos or an unboxing video as proof.
5. Late or Missing Refunds
- If you haven’t received a refund after the stipulated time frame, please check your bank account and
contact your bank or card company. If you still have not received your refund, contact us at info@agrifarms.com.
